Free Prostate Cancer Testing

The Man Van is a community outreach project bringing free prostate cancer testing and information directly into local communities across Blackburn with Darwen.

The service offers a free PSA finger-prick blood test and the opportunity for men to speak with a nurse about prostate health and any concerns they may have. The project is particularly encouraging attendance from:

Men aged 50 and over

Black / BAME men aged 45+

Anyone with a family history of prostate cancer

The Man Van will continue visiting locations across Blackburn with Darwen throughout the year, helping raise awareness and support early detection.
